The Salvation Army Boys & Girls Clubs of Beaumont is a safe place that school aged children can go after school and in the summer. They provide opportunities for students to participate in organized sports and also provide academic assistance. Their mission is to enable all young people to reach their full potential.

Buckner works with children and families to transform their lives and help them become productive members of society.  Buckner serves children that cannot live with their parents by providing a safe place to live, either at a children’s home or in foster care. They also work with parents who have had their children removed from their homes. The goal is to teach skills and values that will allow families to be reunited.

This organization provides grief support services free of charge to children who are grieving the loss of a parent. They have licensed facilitators that offer individual and group counseling.  They also have support groups for the surviving parent.  Individuals usually continue counseling at Elijah’s Place for twelve to eighteen months.

This agency is dedicated to helping parents of children with disabilities. At no charge to the families, they provide training, education, information, referral, emotional support, and individual assistance in obtaining appropriate services. They are available in person, over the phone, and online for families who have questions about their child's needs.

The Shorkey Center offers comprehensive services to children that are age 3 through 12th grade. They pride themselves in provided services for the “whole child.” They have professionals on staff to work with children to improve their physical and social needs. They also provide assistance to parents.
